“Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex” joint-stock company reports that by the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated June 30, 2016 No. 3/2016, the company accepted the obligation to comply with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, approved by Minutes No. 9 of the meeting of the Committee for Increasing the Efficiency of Joint Stock Companies and Improving the Corporate Governance System dated December 31, 2015.
