In collaboration with the Tashkent Region Administration, the regional branch of the “Nuroniy” Foundation, and the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, the life path of Abduhoshim Mutalov – a native of Ohangaron, the first Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan (1992-1995), and an active senior citizen – was recognized as an example and model.
