Major tasks:

• Well-timed staffing the Complex’ shops and divisions with required specialty workers according to labor forecast, as well as with a staff list of leaders, specialists and employees, and workers staffs.
• Regular study of the Complex’ subdivision specialists qualities with the purpose to provide the personnel to fill positions and create a nomination reserve.
• Realization of the constitutional right of the JSC ‘Almalyk MMC’ workers for old age social support in case of total or partial disablement, breadwinner loss, and mothers of large families, having life-long disabled children.
