Major tasks:

• Timely mining planning for a month and a year as well as predicted indices for a longer period for the mining subdivisions.
• Mining progress control according to the approved and agreed directions and volumes in mining operations.
• Monitoring the complete mineral wealth extraction, prevention of excessive losses and selective mining, compliance with requirements for conservation of mineral resources, and proper storing of commercial ore, cut-off grade ore, and overburden rock.
• Assisting the increase of labor productivity and mining operations efficiency on the basis of utmost utilization of domestic resources, and also adoption of progressive technological processes, as well as regular cost saving in mining workings and stoped excavation, and mining operations profitability.
