+998 71 619 23 33On the eve of International Women’s Day, a meeting between the Complex management and young people and women was held in the conference room of Copper Concentrator No. 3, organized as part of the AMMC’s “Women’s Month” celebration.
The ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Board of Almalyk MMC JSC, Senator Abdulla Khursanov, youths of the Complex and active employees of the Complex.
At the beginning of the meeting, participants were shown a film about Copper Concentrator-3 – one of the Complex largest projects, implemented as part of a large-scale investment program.
The direct dialogue was held in a warm and trusting ambience. Women succeed in science, sports, information technology, literature, and law shared their experiences and talked about what helped them to achieve professional and personal success.
Thus, Gavkhar Djuraeva, a resource specialist at Preschool Educational Organization No. 22 of the Department of Social Facilities, gave a presentation on behalf of the creators of the OKMK Kids platform. She spoke in detail about the capabilities of the new educational platform. The main goal of the innovative platform is to provide instructional guidelines for the activities of preschool educational institutions using modern digital solutions. The platform integrates instructional materials for kindergarten teachers and staff into a single system and serves as a practical tool in their work. In addition, it helps to develop children’s interest and a positive attitude toward the activities of the AMMC, introducing them to the Complex professions and values.
Zukhra Uralova, a first-category technician from the production and technical department of the specialized repair work department, also spoke at the event. She presented a efficiency suggestion referred to as “Compound for cleaning and passivation of stainless steels.” Today, Zukhra Uralova and her colleagues continue to actively seek solutions for current production applications. In 2026, they will also work to study problematic issues at enterprises and prepare effective proposals for technical improvement. The presented solution was created by a team of specialists and is of great importance from the point of view of import substitution. In terms of logistics costs and VAT, imported products are significantly more expensive. After determination of the appropriate proportions of components available at the Complex, the efficiency suggestion was officially executed and received permission for use. In terms of its effectiveness, the developed compound is not inferior to foreign analogues. Moreover, the product offered by the Complex specialists is significantly cheaper, which allows the Complex to save foreign currency.
During the event, active female workers also shared personal stories, life experiences, and their professional achievements.
Abdulla Khursanov stressed that the Complex women deserve the sincerest respect: they work on the shop floor on par with men, not inferior to them in skill or endurance. Many of them work in complex technological sites, where every day demands precision, responsibility and strength of character. According to him, the true heroes of our time – those whom writers and poets strive to find for their works – are actually nearby. They are not on the pages of books, but in the workshops and production sites of the Complex, where their daily work, perseverance and dedication become a true example for others.
During the meeting, Abdulla Khursanov also shared his experience about the role of women in society, the importance of preservation of family values, and the human qualities inherent in a true leader. Special attention was paid to issues of women’s professional growth and the development of their leadership potential.
Such meetings help to strengthen the atmosphere of mutual respect and cohesion within the team.
