The management of AMMC has been creating extensive opportunities for young employees to gain knowledge, develop professionally, and realize their potential. In particular, regular open meetings are being held between the Chairman of the Management Board of “Almalyk MMC” JSC, Senator Abdulla Khursanov, and young specialists, where the initiatives put forward by youth are strongly supported.
The latest open dialogue took place on September 17 in the assembly hall of the Copper Concentrator Plant-3.
The event was attended by AMMC officials, young specialists working in various divisions of the complex, instructors from the MISIS Almalyk branch, and students of the “GeoMetTex” Advanced Engineering School.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Management Board and Senator Abdulla Khursanov shared his views on current global political developments and their impact on the socio-political life of our country, as well as the significance of youth involvement in the complex’s investment projects. He emphasized that in today’s rapidly advancing technological era, young people must continuously stay informed about scientific achievements, make full use of artificial intelligence technologies entering every field, and deeply study their mechanisms. He also noted that AMMC is increasingly entering the global arena and effectively introducing green energy technologies, acknowledging the valuable proposals submitted by young employees in energy efficiency contests.
The discussion continued in a sincere atmosphere, where youth shared their ideas, initiatives, future plans, and interests. The event also highlighted AMMC’s attention to young people and the favorable conditions created for them to find their place in society.
Senator Abdulla Khursanov announced that several proposals put forward by young employees would be supported. In particular, the establishment of a modern electronic library for the complex’s youth, the launch of an IT center in cooperation with the MISIS Almalyk branch, and the creation of a national content production studio under the AMMC Information service and Youth Union to promote information about the complex to children and a broader audience will be implemented.
During the event, participants were shown the animated film “The Adventures of Misvoy”, created using artificial intelligence technologies in cooperation with the Production Automation Department, the Information service, and the Youth Union. Khursanov gave instructions to expand work in this direction.
Young employees were also introduced to the operations of the newly established central dispatching service of the Copper Concentrator Plant-3.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Abdulla Khursanov expressed confidence in the youth, stressing that the future is in their hands. He encouraged them to keep learning, researching, acquiring knowledge and skills, and being proactive.
