Deepening of the production localization process, - adjusted for system analyses of import volume and structure, - the increase of competitive and export-orientated local product output, and development and consolidation of inter-industry and intra-industry cooperation – all this promotes maintaining high growth rates of the country’s economy.

In order to ensure consistent development and reduce dependence on outside factors, and to provide the large-scale use of local raw material and manufacturing resources, as well as to promote economical and rational use of currency funds, and also to create new jobs, - the Complex is implementing the Localization Program, which is based mostly on making spare parts and components for the enterprise’s own needs.

Today, the work in that direction is becoming an important part in strategic development of most of the manufacturing enterprises – whether small-size business subjects or largest industrial complexes. Such relations provide small-scale enterprises with stable orders, and large-scale enterprises with saving of currency funds.

 As a result of close cooperation with above enterprises, the Complex’ orders doubled in recent years.

The Complex is widening its intra-industry cooperation. Particularly, for example АПО ‘Uzmetkombinat’ every year provides the Complex with milling balls, while JSC ‘Almalyk MMC’ supplies to ‘Uzmetkombinat’ the cathode copper to produce various alloys. Also, the enterprises such as ‘Uzkabel’ which make cable and semiconductor products, are regularly being provided by the Complex-made high quality copper. Agreements are also being concluded with suppliers of engineering tools and spare parts for them, for example State Enterprise ‘Navoi MMC’, to which in return copper sulfide etc are shipped.
