+998 71 619 23 33The team of Trust Olmalikmetallurgqurilish deservedly takes a prominent place not only within our Complex but also at the town and national level, participating in the construction and renovation of numerous projects currently underway in various regions of Uzbekistan.
Particularly noteworthy are our female builders, who work alongside their male counterparts at construction sites. They make a significant contribution to production achievements, while also fulfilling their equally important role with complete dedication – as caring mothers and homemakers.
On 25th March this year, Trust Olmalikmetallurgqurilish hosted the "Queen of Spring-2026" competition, where the Trust's female workers competed against each other in a friendly atmosphere, showcasing their talents.
The competition consisted of three stages: "Presentation," "Culinary Mastery," and "Free Theme." The participants demonstrated that they are not only skilled in their respective fields of production, but also possess outstanding artistic and culinary talents.
Based on the competition results:
The main title, "Queen of Spring," was deservedly won by Mamura Alikulova, who demonstrated a high level of preparation and confidently completed all the competition tasks.
The festive event seamlessly transitioned into a public festivities dedicated to Navruz, organized by the trust's staff. This spring festival, which fills our peaceful and fertile country with a special beauty and freshness, was made even more vibrant by the songs and dances performed by the trust's employees.
The true highlight of the festive dastarkhan was sumalak prepared by trust employees Sanobar Abdusoatova, Kamola Khalilova, Gulchekhra Sulaimonova, Mavlyuda Umarbekova, Mukaddas Akromova, and Makhsuma Umbetova.
