The workforce of the Copper Concentration Plant, one of the key divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, has once again achieved a significant production result.

This year, the plant’s team fulfilled ahead of schedule the task set for 2025 on shipping copper in copper concentrate to the copper smelting plant. As of the first ten days of December, 111.26 thousand tonnes of metal were supplied to the smelter, against a projected figure of 111.25 thousand tonnes.

Such high performance became possible due to the consistent implementation in 2025 of a comprehensive set of measures aimed at modernizing and reconstructing key production facilities, as well as stabilizing the production process. The timely execution of these measures contributed to improved product quality and increased production volumes.

It is worth noting that in October of the current year, the plant also fulfilled ahead of schedule the annual forecast for molybdenum output in intermediate molybdenum product.
