Alongside the construction of the Copper Concentrator Plant 3, which has an annual capacity of processing 60 million tons of ore, extensive landscaping and greening efforts have been actively carried out.

In particular, fruit and ornament trees, flowers, and basil plants have been planted around the factory’s observation area. In addition, 6 gazebos have been installed on site to provide workers with a place to rest and relax.

Greening activities are also being implemented at the factory entrance, as well as around workshops and production sites. Sprinkler irrigation systems have been installed in these areas, fruit and decorative trees have been planted, and natural grass turf has been laid.

As part of the nationwide “Green space” initiative, more than 78,000 fruit trees and over 10,000 chrysanthemum seedlings have been planted on a total area of over 30 hectares. In addition, 55,000 poplar and flower seedlings have been transferred to the site. About 1,000 square meters of land have been sown with grass seeds, and 4,000 square meters have been covered with lawn turf.

In short, the Copper Concentrating Plant-3, which embodies the most advanced examples of technological progress, is today not only a major industrial complex but also transforming into a picturesque green industrial area.
