As is known, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex actively uses the Directum RX electronic document management system in its operations.

During a recent meeting between AMMC’s Information and Communication Technology specialists and representatives of Directum and Micros Digital, key issues related to the use and enhancement of the Directum RX system were at the center of discussion.

The dialogue, held in a constructive atmosphere, focused on several important topics: upgrading the current system to increase stability and functionality, introducing the HR PRO module to optimize personnel management processes, enabling mobile signing of documents (which will significantly accelerate workflows), and integrating the system with 1C:ZUP to ensure more efficient interaction between platforms.

The parties also reached an agreement on cooperation in training, practical sessions, and workshops aimed at improving AMMC employees’ skills and helping them effectively master new tools introduced within the system.
