Such interactions help foster a positive atmosphere within the team and strengthen unity and cooperation among staff members. Yesterday, another open dialogue meeting was organized with the participation of Chief Engineer D. Dusimqulov, Head of the Occupational Safety and Technical Security Department D. Kholboyev, and Youth Union Chairperson J. Alijonov.
The meeting, held in an open discussion format, brought together 120 young specialists and workers engaged in the construction of the new gold processing plant at the Kauldy mine.
During the session, employees and engineers received recommendations on complying with labor protection and safety requirements during the construction process.
Officials also reviewed the working conditions created for builders and provided practical guidance and instructions to ensure the efficient implementation of construction work.
In his remarks, J. Alijonov highlighted initiatives aimed at helping young employees make productive use of their free time, such as online knowledge competitions and professional skills contests. He encouraged young people to take an active role in these activities. It was noted that every dedicated employee involved in the construction of the gold processing plant is making a valuable contribution to the historic development of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC) and embodying the spirit of today’s young builders.
It was also announced that the trust is working to expand the ranks of young leaders through the “Promising Personnel Reserve” program, implemented under the “Mentor and Apprentice” tradition. Experienced professionals are sharing practical skills and valuable recommendations with young workers to enhance their expertise in the construction field.
During the meeting, participants also received information about the benefits and opportunities available to youth in Uzbekistan.
At the conclusion of the event, employees had the opportunity to raise their questions and concerns directly with management representatives.
