The event was attended by S. Jurayev, Head of the Compliance Service of Almalyk MMC, A.Abdusamatov, Emergency Officer of the Internal Interior Directorate at AMMC of the Tashkent Regional Department of Interior Affairs, S. Samatov, Commandant of the Military Unit, D.Safayev, Deputy Director of the Copper Processing Plant for the Storage of Precious Metals and Civil Protection, and the employees.
At the meeting, the officials provided information about the violation of law by the factory employee, the reasons for its occurrence, and the elimination of the conditions that created the opportunity for it. It was emphasized that such cases should not be repeated in the future and should serve as a lesson to other employees.
The Head of the Compliance Service, S. Juraev, who took the floor at the event, gave detailed information about the crime committed by the factory worker. According to him, the CPP employee, in order to gain illegal wealth, put his own interests above the interests of the state, committed the crime of fraud, which is included in the category of crimes in the economic sphere, and bribery, which is included in the category of crimes against the administrative order. The legal assessment of this crime, the role of each citizen in preventing the discussed criminal acts, and the category of crimes related to their activities were explained.
addition, the responsible persons expressed their opinions on the situation, and the purpose of discussing these negative situations was to ensure that similar situations did not happen to other workers, and the meeting participants emphasized that they should draw the right conclusions for themselves, noting that some people are taking out large loans without considering their ability to repay, which leads to even greater problems.
It was explained that employees are primarily responsible for their own health, that they must strictly comply with established procedures, including occupational safety, and that they must immediately inform their superiors about conditions and situations that do not meet these requirements.
An accident involving a plant worker was also discussed during the event. In order to prevent the recurrence of these situations, it was emphasized that attention should be paid to strengthening the control of employees during work hours, shift handover and acceptance.
Relevant instructions were given to those responsible to prevent the above negative situations.
