On April 23 of this year, a meeting in the “Three Generations” format was held in the Surkhandarya region at the Khandizinsky Mining Administration and at the motor depot No. 5 serving the enterprise, at the initiative of the management of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

The event was attended by Kamola Umaralieva, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of JSC Almalyk MMC; Gulnoza Sabrieva, Compliance Specialist; representatives of the Nuroniy Foundation of the Surkhandarya region, the religious committee; members of political parties; community activists from the region; youth; and Complex employees.

The speakers emphasized that human rights and interests are at the core of the reforms being carried out in the country under the leadership of the head of state. Particular attention was paid to the changes at the Complex, the implementation of investment projects, and the construction of Copper Concentrator Plant- 3 as a clear embodiment of these transformations.

The meeting participants also emphasized the importance of caring for the world, living with gratitude, and the need to work together for the prosperity of the Motherland.

- Valuing peace means not only maintaining our peace today, but also fulfilling our duty to future generations. The current prosperity and large-scale creative projects at the Complex are the result of the policy of stability in our country. “Protecting it is the responsibility of every citizen, especially young people,” Kamola Umaralieva emphasized. In a rapidly changing world, it is important to remain vigilant, avoid spiritual emptiness, live with a sense of belonging to the fate of the Motherland, and be alert to various ideological threats. After all, peace and freedom are the highest values that can only be preserved through unity and high spirituality.

Furthermore, it was noted that May 9th, Remembrance and Honor Day, is widely celebrated in the country. This date holds a special place in human history as a symbol of the struggle against fascism. On this day, we honor the memory of more than half a million of our compatriots who died on the battlefields of World War II and pay tribute to those who selflessly served on the home front.

During the meeting, which featured an open and sincere dialogue, representatives of three generations emphasized that the rich life experience of the older generation serves as an important guide for young people, and that the continuity of mentoring traditions remains a key factor in the company’s development.

The event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere and included a concert program.

Meetings such as these undoubtedly help strengthen ties between generations and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and unity within the team.
