Today, every large-scale project implemented in New Uzbekistan, every new enterprise and every modern technology put into operation becomes clear evidence of the economic power of our country, the well-being of the people and confidence in the future.

The large-scale transformations currently underway at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex also serve to achieve these noble goals. Of particular importance is the project to develop the strategically important “Yoshlik I” deposit, which has opened a new chapter not only in the history of the Complex, but also in the development of the entire mining industry of country.

We, the team at the explosives plant, are proud to be directly involved in these large-scale transformations. After all, behind every unit of manufactured product, every investment made, and every innovative solution lies the work of people, professionalism, and a high level of responsibility.

Due to the growing demand for explosives as part of large-scale investment projects to develop the “Yoshlik I” deposit, a modern emulsion explosives plant was commissioned at the plant in 2025. The plant ensures uninterrupted execution of blasting operations at the “Kalmakyr” and “Yoshlik I” deposits.

The plant designed capacity allows for the production of 90 thousand tons of emulsion explosives per year. One of its key advantages is that it operates on the basis of digital technologies. Automated control and monitoring systems ensure continuous monitoring of technological processes, improve production efficiency, create conditions for environmentally sustainable operations, and contribute to industrial safety.

However, this is not just about the production of explosives. This is a story about real industrial development –​about modern production culture, high technology and the creation of a safe working environment.

It is significant that in recent years, our plant has implemented a large-scale work to increase production capacity. In particular, two units of modern specialized machinery with a total cost of 364 thousand US dollars were purchased and introduced into the production process. New technology enables to complete work faster, better, and, the most significantly, safer.

Operating performance is also growing consistently. If in 2020 the volume of blasting operations amounted to 44,470,400 cubic meters, then in 2025 this figure reached 63,831,400 cubic meters. Thus, over five years the volume of work increased by 143%.

And, of course, these figures embody the dedicated work of hundreds of employees, team cohesion and a high level of responsibility on the part of each one.

Along with the development of production at the enterprise, special attention is paid to the creation of decent working conditions and social infrastructure for employees. Two modern shower rooms have been completely renovated and put into operation since the beginning of the year. Construction of a two-story administrative and utility building has begun.

Because we understand perfectly well: the main wealth of production is not technology, but people. Decent working conditions for every employee are a solid foundation for future great results.

Today, the explosives plant is transforming from a simple manufacturing facility to a modern industrial site where innovation, safety, high technology, and respect for the working people are priorities.

In the future, we will focus all our efforts and capabilities on making a worthy contribution to the economic development of our country, increasing production efficiency, introducing new technologies, and creating even more comfortable and safe working conditions for our team. After all, our team’s main motto is: “Our work shall create the bright future!”
