Yesterday, another preventive event titled “Enlightenment Against Ignorance” was organized among the employees of the Zinc Plant.

The event was attended by J. Pardayev, the representative of the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and advisor to the Mayor of Almalyk; Lieutenant Colonel D. Abdurakhmanov and Major S. Rahmatov from the Department of Internal Affairs at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC); U. Amanov, Chair of the Commission on Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the AMMC Trade Union Council; and T. Abdulkhaev, Deputy Director of the Zinc Plant for the Preservation of Material Assets and Civil Protection.

During the meeting, participants discussed important issues such as preventing petty theft and misuse of company property, combating corruption, the negative consequences of religious extremism, safe and responsible internet use, and the growing threat of online gambling among young people.

At the conclusion of the gathering, it was emphasized that every employee should be grateful for having stable employment, appreciate the peace and prosperity of the country, and value the stability and well-being enjoyed today.
