+998 71 619 23 33These days, reporting conferences are being held at Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex's divisions to discuss the implementation of the collective agreement for 2025.
Specifically, such events took place at the central office, the Chadak and Khandiza Mine Administration, the Technological Transport Administration, the Qalmaqqyr Mine Administration, the Consumer Goods Production Administration, Trust Olmalykmetallurgqurilish and the lime plant. The conferences discussed reports on the implementation of the collective agreement in 2025, proposals for a new agreement for 2026-2028, and the election of delegates to the Complex staff general conference. The administration and the trade union representatives presented detailed reports on key areas of the agreement. Following these reports, discussions took place, during which the delegates noted that the implementation of all provisions of the agreement has enabled them to elevate social protection, occupational safety and the incentive system for employees to a new level. This has ensured production stability and confirmed the priority of human value.
The workers from workshops and sections, veterans, and young specialists posed questions to management. All proposals were carefully reviewed and submitted for inclusion in the draft of a new collective agreement. Following the conferences, delegates deemed the agreement's implementation in 2025 "satisfactory."
Any production success is based on human labor and social security. The results of AMMC's operations in 2025 became a practical embodiment of the principle "For Human Dignity." A collective agreement is more than just a set of obligations; it is a real guarantee of health, social support, family well-being and confidence in the future for every employee.
