+998 71 619 23 33From April 12 to 18 of this year, as part of a study tour organized by the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) and the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Berlin), specialists from the training center and the central mechanical repair plant of AMMC visited leading industrial enterprises and educational institutions in Berlin.
The program was focused on the development of key areas for the plant – metalworking and personnel training systems, with access to a qualitatively new level.
The main focus of the visit was on studying the German model of dual education and the options of its further implementation at the premises of AMMC. Special emphasis is placed on the training of specialists in professions in demand for the mining and metallurgical industry - gas and electric welders and lathe operators in accordance with German standards.
The introduction of a dual education system at the enterprise will solve a number of strategic tasks. In particular, it will shorten the period of adaptation of young specialists: graduates will be able to immediately join the production process, having practical skills appropriate to real conditions. In addition, the costs of personnel retraining will be reduced, and the integration of IHK standards will help reduce defects and improve the quality of maintenance of sophisticated equipment.
Advanced technologies and work methods used at German enterprises are planned to be directly implemented into the plant’s production processes.
One of the key results of the visit was the establishment of direct partnerships with such reputable organizations as GIZ, IHK, and ABB. This will accelerate the modernization of the personnel training system at the plant in accordance with DIN/ISO/IHK international standards.
During the visit, an important agreement was reached with Gerd Woweries, General Director of the ABB GmbH training center. The parties plan to develop a joint roadmap for training AMMC specialists in robotics and automated welding.
It is expected that Mr. Woweries will visit the plant in July-August of this year. During the visit, practical steps will be identified to introduce modern technologies into production.
Such international cooperation is an important step towards strengthening AMMC’s technological independence and developing human resources that meet international standards.
