On the eve of the 34^th anniversary of the country's independence, the team of JSC “Almalyk MMC” took an active part in the nationwide charity hashar (community cleanup), which was held throughout the Republic under the motto "Landscaped and prosperous mahalla is the adornment of the country!".

The Combine’s divisions tidied up the local community areas, streets, public areas, parks and cemeteries assigned to them.

During the hashar, which took place on August 22-23, the Combine’s team cleared 132 thousand square meters of territory, cleared 35,837 linear meters of irrigation system, whitewashed 43,408 meters of curbs and 15,932 trees, trimmed and shaped 4,172 trees. 135 units of special equipment were involved in the work.

Particular attention was paid to targeted assistance: the Combine’s workers carried out landscaping work in the homes of seven low-income and breadwinner-less families.

Hashar, which united the team in the spirit of mutual assistance and good neighborliness, became an important contribution to the improvement and further transformation of native streets and mahallas.
