From April 15 to 18 this year, Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Joint Stock Company confirmed the compliance of the implemented quality management system with the international standard ISO 9001:2015, having successfully passed the first supervisory audit after receiving the certificate in 2024. The audit was performed by the independent German certification body TÜV Thüringen e.V.

ISO 9001:2015 is a global standard aimed at classification of quality management processes and ensuring production stability. For Almalyk MMC JSC, as one of the largest industrial enterprises in the country, compliance with this standard is of strategic importance: it helps to strengthen trust of partners, expand export opportunities and increase competitiveness in international markets.

Particular attention was paid to the continuous improvement of processes, compliance with customer requirements and the effective functioning of the internal control system. The audit results confirmed the high level of completeness of the quality management system and compliance with international requirements, which was made possible by the professionalism of the entire enterprise's team. The successful completion of the first supervisory audit is a confirmation that AMMC pursues a course towards sustainable development, implementation of best management practices and continuous improvement.
