+998 71 619 23 33Today, a New Year's celebration and an award ceremony for the winners of the "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Recognition-2025" were held at the "Metallurg" Palace of Culture.
A video showcasing the plant's achievements in 2025 was presented at the event. It highlighted that the plant's workforce fulfilled all production forecasts, investment projects were implemented at an accelerated pace, and priority tasks in the social sphere were also accomplished. In 2025, the plant's production indicator reached 51 trillion soums, achieving 117 percent of the target.
As per tradition, throughout 2025, a group of plant workers, athletes, and coaches who achieved success in various fields and competitions were awarded the "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Recognition-2025" nomination.
In particular, special statuettes and Certificates of Honor were presented to the winners of nominations such as "Best Metallurgist of the Year, Enrichment Specialist, Digitalization Employee, Energy Worker, Tunneler, BelAZ Driver, Technologist, Mechanic, Security Service Employee, Builder, Welder, Chemical Laboratory Technician, Mine Developer, Educator, Proactive Youth Leader, Dedicated Women and Gender Equality Advisory Council Chair, Smelter, Railway Worker, Supervisor, Complex Equipment Operator, Agricultural Worker, Dedicated Employee, Author of Rationalization Idea, Best Reader, Technological Facility Builder, Excavator Operator, and Talented Employee."
Subdivisions and employees who actively participated in the nationwide "Green Space" project were also recognized.
Specifically, Akrom Vahobov (Automobile Transport Department) was nominated for "Creating the Best Landscape Design." The 2nd Copper Concentrator was recognized as the enterprise that "Created the Best Green Belt." The Industrial Water Supply Department was awarded the "Continuous Water Supply to Green Spaces" nomination. The Specialized Repair Works Department won the "Best Exemplary Green Area" nomination. The Central Repair and Mechanical Plant was nominated for "Most Trees Planted."
Additionally, 14 employees of the plant whose children have achieved success in education, sports, and various prestigious competitions were also rewarded.
During the event, sports coaches of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Football Academy were also awarded for their contribution to the development of youth football.
The lively and cheerful songs of the renowned artist Jenisbek Piyazov, People's Artist of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan, especially encouraged everyone to dance.
