This building was built in the 60s of the past century and is in dire need of repair. “Olmaliqmеtallurgqurilish” trust has been mobilized for the reconstruction works.
Currently, the dismantling works are being carried out on this building. According to the Site Manager, Sardor Ismailov, 60 builders have been involved in the dismantling works. The dismantling work is planned to be completed in a maximum of 25 days.
This palace of culture, which is being reconstructed under the auspices of the Combine, will be completely modernized. The roof of the 2-story building will be completely renovated, plastic-framed windows will be installed instead of the old type of windows, and the heating, cold and hot water systems will be replaced. The Palace of Culture has one large auditorium designed for 500 seats. During the reconstruction work, the auditorium will also be modernized. The territory of the palace will be completely landscaped and greened.
The reconstruction works which started on the eve of Builders' Day are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
In short, the Palace of Culture will be transformed into another favorite place for the youth of Angren.
For information, in 2020, under the auspices of the combine, the “Dolphin” indoor swimming pool was reconstructed and put into operation in the town of Angren.
In 2023, the “Chatqal” Palace of Culture in the Parkent district was completely renovated with the funds of the Combine.
In July of this year, the building of the Specialized Boarding School No. 71 for mentally retarded children with special educational needs in the Syrdarya district of the Syrdarya region, which was overhauled under the auspices of the combine, was put into operation.
