All production targets achieved at AMMC in 9 months

During the first nine months of this year, the workforce of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC) ensured the full implementation of all production forecasts.

A total of 35.35 trillion UZS worth of marketable products were produced, fulfilling the forecast by 119.9%.

Additionally, consumer goods worth 6.69 billion UZS were manufactured, achieving 118.0% of the target.

At the “Kalmakyr” mine, the growth rate for ore extraction reached 101.4%, while overburden removal showed a growth rate of 111.3%.

In copper ore processing, a growth rate of 100.4% was recorded.

The copper content in concentrate reached 106.4% of the forecast, with Copper Concentrator Plant (104.5%) and Copper Concentrator Plant-2 (120.5%) successfully fulfilling their assigned targets.

The production forecast for copper cathodes, the enterprise’s key product, was achieved at 100.4%.

Production of copper cathodes from domestic raw materials reached 109.8%, while zinc production was fulfilled by 100%.

The sulfuric acid production forecast was met by 100.8%, with notable results demonstrated by the Zinc Plant (100.3%) and the Copper Smelting Plant (100.9%), which achieved high labor productivity.

The Khonjiza Mining adminstration, located in the Surkhandarya region, also surpassed its targets for polymetallic ore extraction (100.0%), processing (100.5%), and zinc content in concentrate (101.1%). Meanwhile, the Angren Mining administration, Chadak Mining administration and Kauldy mine achieved excellent performance in the extraction and processing of gold-bearing ores, as well as in meeting targets for gold and silver content in concentrates.

Production targets for copper sulfate, technical selenium and tellurium, ammonium perrhenate, and palladium powder were also successfully met.
