Polyethylene pipe production launched at AMMC

11 September 2025, 10:4 944

It is well known that within the framework of the “Green Space” project, polyethylene pipes are widely used for drip irrigation of trees planted in the gardens established by the structural divisions of AMMC. Therefore, at the initiative of the AMMC management, the previously conserved polyethylene products workshop of the Consumer Goods Production Department has resumed operations. Since the beginning of August this year, the workshop has launched production of polyethylene pipes with diameters of 20, 25, 32, 40, and 50 millimeters. At present, polyethylene pipes are being produced in accordance with the requests of AMMC’s structural units. In August alone, the workshop produced and supplied 710 meters of polyethylene pipes of various diameters to the company’s divisions.

The workshop is equipped with the necessary machinery to produce polyethylene pipes used in drip irrigation systems for tree seedlings, and specialists from among the department’s employees have been engaged in the production process.

In addition, the workshop manufactures polyethylene bags and packaging products for AMMC’s internal needs.

On average, about 5,500 kg of raw materials are processed monthly to produce bags and packaging.

Polyethylene products are manufactured using granules supplied by the “Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex” LLC.
