Recently, Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex signed the order of the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex” "On the Preparation and Conduct of Events Dedicated to the 690^th Anniversary of the Birth of Sahibkiran Amir Temur."

April is annually declared the “Amir Temur Month.” According to the document, all the divisions of the Complex will host the meetings with Timur history scientists, writers, and artists during this period, as well as cultural, educational and creative events, and various competitions.

Furthermore, the order approved the composition of the organizing committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Committee") and the action plan for the preparation and conduct of the anniversary celebrations.

Separately, the responsible persons were instructed to develop the program and organize the scientific conference on the topic "The Role and Significance of Amir Temur and the Timurids in the Development of Human Civilization."

In accordance with the approved plan, the Complex will widely promote the rich historical legacy of Timur and the Timurid state. Particular attention will be paid to fostering the sense of national pride, leadership qualities, discipline, and responsibility among employees and youth. Historical values ​​will be communicated through modern media formats and cultural projects.

Also, as part of the "Timur's Lessons – Modern Perspective" project, quotes from "Temur Tuzuklari," a unique collection of the great commander's teachings, will be regularly published on social media.

The action plan includes theatrical performances as part of the national festival "The Image of Amir Temur on Stage," with the Complex employees, a book evening, as well as round tables and creative meetings aimed at studying and promoting the legacy of Timur as a statesman, military leader, and founder of the Timurid Renaissance.

In addition, the tour of the State Museum of the History of the Timurids will be organized for the plant's youth, and a drawing competition, "The Image of Sahibkiran," will be held among employees.

Also planned are the intellectual game "Zakovat Quiz" – Expert in the History of the Timurids and a youth sports competition, "Followers of Timur."

The entrance area of ​​the “Metallurg” Palace of Culture will be decorated in the style of the architectural traditions of the Timurid era: the thematical photo zone and historical exhibition displays will be located there.

Equally interesting is the online quiz "Expert in the History of the Timurids," dedicated to the legacy of Timur.

To promote his legacy, the video challenge, "The Legacy of the Great Commander," will be held under the hashtag #Amir_Temur690.

The "Walking Marathon" will be organized to strengthen team spirit and promote a healthy lifestyle among the Complex's youth.

In addition, the competition for innovative videos, "Sahibkiran through the Eyes of the Digital Generation," created using artificial intelligence technologies, is planned.
