+998 71 619 23 33As is well known, welders play an important role in the construction of large industrial enterprises. In particular, welders skilled in manual argon-arc welding have always been in high demand. Taking these factors into account, the AMMC management has put forward an initiative to train welders working in the company’s structural units in manual argon-arc welding.
To implement this initiative, from August 28 to September 4 of this year, 146 welders employed in the company’s structural units underwent a practical qualification test.
Experts from the AMMC Training Center’s Qualification Assessment Department, the Central Repair and Mechanical Plant, and the Specialized Repair Works Department took part in selecting the welders.
Based on the results of the practical exam, 67 welders were selected for retraining in manual argon welding, while 69 will be retrained in manual arc welding.
Starting from September 9, specialized courses will begin at the Engineering School to help welders acquire additional professional qualifications. The courses will be conducted by experienced specialists at the school’s modern training facility.
Welders who successfully complete the training will take part in construction processes within the framework of new production capacities being implemented as part of AMMC’s investment projects.
