The courses were held with the aim of strengthening employees’ immunity against corruption, increasing legal awareness, and promoting integrity within the workforce. A total of 35 employees and managers from various structural units of the complex participated in the training.

The courses were organized in accordance with AMMC’s directive “On improving staff qualifications” and were conducted by instructors from the Center for the Improvement of Lawyers’ Qualifications under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Participants attended the sessions in a full-time format, temporarily stepping away from their regular production duties.

During the training, the following key topics were covered: “Prevention of corruption in public procurement processes”, “Concept of conflict of interest and measures to eliminate it”, “Psychological characteristics of individuals prone to corrupt practices”.

The organization of such courses contributes to strengthening anti-corruption mechanisms, fostering high legal awareness among employees, and promoting a culture of honesty and transparency.
