On October 28, 2025, on the eve of Uzbekistan Trade Unions Day November 11, the “Best Workshop Committee Chairperson” competition was held under the slogan “Uzbekistan Trade Unions: 120 Years with the People!”

Participants in the contest included: Sardor Azimov – Angren Mining Administration, Kodir Hakimov – Copper-Smelting Plant, Bakhtiyor Niyazmetov – AMMC Central Apparatus, Movluda Rakhmanova – Social Facilities Department, Rustam Suyarov – Central Repair and Mechanical Plant, Gulnoza Sodikjonova – Industrial Railway Transport Department, Bunyod Kadirov – Kalmakyr Mining Administration, Kunduzoy Usmanova – Technical Control Service, Gavhar Mamarazikova – Consumer Goods Production Department, Muslim Abdumannobov – Kauldy Mine, Sarvar Dushaev – Copper Concentrator Plant-2, Rasul Toshkhojaev – Copper Concentrator Plant-3, Mirazim Urinboev – Explosive Materials Plant

The participants competed in such categories as “Presentation,” “Test Tasks,” and “Problem-Solving Situations.”

According to the results of the competition:
The first place was awarded to Bakhtiyor Niyazmetov, Workshop Committee Chairperson of the Training Center.
The second place was taken by Sarvar Dushaev, Workshop Committee Chairperson of the Crushing and Flotation Department, Copper Concentrator Plant-2.
The third place went to Kunduzoy Usmanova, Workshop Committee Chairperson of the Copper Concentrator Plant Group, Technical Control Service.

The winners and active participants of the competition were presented with valuable gifts, diplomas, and letters of appreciation from the AMMC Trade Union.
