+998 71 619 23 33Dear workers of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, esteemed production veterans, and residents of Almalyk!
From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on the holiday that holds a special place in the life of our country - the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The 33 years of our sovereign country's Constitution have been years of strengthening independence, creating a legal foundation, and consistently striving for progress.
Today, we are living in a unique era of economic, political, interethnic, and social progress for our country. This is a completely new stage in its development and role on a global scale. Uzbekistan is becoming a unifying force for the countries of Central Asia, stimulating the joint development of the region, putting forward new initiatives, and solving such problems as border demarcation and the use of water resources. It would not be wrong to say this.
By actively developing the economy, expanding trade potential, increasing investments, and establishing good-neighborly relations, our country is undoubtedly becoming the largest logistics center in the region.
The Uzbek language belongs to the Turkic language family. Today, thanks to this, we are members of a large family, contributing to cultural, economic, and political dialogue between the Turkic Council countries.
Our country has enormous potential for developing bilateral relations. Currently, Uzbek-American relations are being increasingly strengthened, particularly in the fields of security, energy, and important mineral resources.
Relations between Russia and Uzbekistan are also embodied today in the form of strategic partnership and alliance. All of this includes active economic cooperation, coordination within international organizations, and cultural ties.
Mutual trade between the countries is developing, investments are being made in joint projects, and regional cooperation is being established. Close cooperation is being carried out within the framework of the CIS, SCO, and other multilateral organizations. We can cite many countries that have such mutually beneficial, equal relations with us.
Naturally, this work aimed at strengthening Uzbekistan's global position, expanding its production and scientific potential is primarily based on the goals of improving our people's well-being and creating favorable conditions in all spheres of citizens' lives, professional careers, and entrepreneurial activities. New prospects are opening up for our children and younger generation, who have the opportunity to win the most prestigious international tournaments, study in the world's best educational institutions, and travel around the world. In addition, we already have visa-free entry agreements with many countries for various durations. While these achievements relate to Uzbekistan's foreign relations, it should be noted that significant work is also being done in our country's domestic policy. Most importantly, we have the opportunity to work in peace and tranquility.
Tolerance, equality, and interethnic harmony, gender equality, and social policy enshrined in the Constitution are aimed at protecting human rights. Of course, all this is reflected at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex. Today we are implementing dozens of large investment projects, constructing new deposits, processing enterprises, and a metallurgical complex. At the same time, we are building new social facilities and focusing not only on production but also on the most advanced technologies in the field of education, starting from kindergarten. Recently, in the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region, one of the most pleasant climate areas of Uzbekistan, a new boarding house for the employees of our plant welcomed its first vacationers. In our preschool educational organizations, children are conducting classes using artificial intelligence, our youth are improving their knowledge in engineering and advanced engineering schools, and opportunities to improve housing and living conditions of the population are increasing. The Women's and Gender Equality Advisory Council at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex has already united hundreds of women and continues to support all female employees.
We are witnessing and experiencing the changes in Uzbekistan and its prospects in our daily lives. I would like to emphasize once again that all of this has been achieved thanks to our Constitution, and its foundation is the Basic Law of our country.
Today, we are not just witnesses to the transformations in our country - we are active participants in them. The efforts of our team contribute to strengthening the economic stability of the Republic, increasing export volumes, creating new jobs, and improving the well-being of the people. Supporting state development and consistently implementing the values enshrined in the country's main document is our civic responsibility.
I congratulate all of you on Constitution Day, which is an important holiday for each of us! I wish you and your family members good health, peace, tranquility, and prosperity!
May respect for the law and mutual solidarity help us reach new heights, and may the work of our team always serve the prosperity of Uzbekistan and its citizens!
