Dear Railway Workers! Dear Veterans!

I cordially congratulate you on your professional holiday – the Day of Railway Workers of the Republic of Uzbekistan!

You make an invaluable contribution to the development of our Combine, to implementation of the production plans, the construction and launch of new large industrial facilities. Your daily work, responsibility and dedication are the key to the stable and efficient operation of the entire industry. The indicators you have achieved clearly confirm this – according to the results of the first half of this year, the following results were achieved:

• the plan for transportation of rock mass was fulfilled for 102.5%,
• overburden for 105.1%,
• the total volume of transportation was 101.2% of the planned one.
• 2.7 km of new railway tracks were built, 6.7 km were overhauled.
• railway products were manufactured for 6.3 billion UZS, the forecast was fulfilled for 126.0%.

I would like to especially note the active participation of the railway workers in the localization of production: in cooperation with JSC “Andizhan Mechanical Plant”, the production of dump cars with a lifting capacity of 115 tons has begun.

Railway workers demonstrate high professionalism not only in transportation, but also in the implementation of investment projects. Thus, as part of the construction of the Copper Processing Plant-3 (CPP-3), more than 5.5 km of railway tracks were built and commissioned for the timely delivery of reagents.

Also, the construction of over 10 km of tracks at the “Otvalnaya” station is to be completed in order to increase the volume of transportation of overburden rocks at the Yoshlik I deposit. Today, work is underway to build new stations "Novy Razyezd" and "Karyernaya".

Young specialists are also highly active, making rationalization proposals aimed at energy conservation and reducing production costs. Over the past year, 17 proposals were submitted and approved by a special commission. Of these, 11 have already been implemented in production, which has allowed achieving an economic effect of 4.34 billion UZS. To support innovative activity, the scientific and practical site "Ikhtirochilik" was organized, which indicates the attention of the management to the professional growth of young personnel.
