Fulfilling the most important priorities of the socio-economic development program, the staff of Almalyk MMC for January-December 2024 ensured the output of commercial products:
– at current prices – for 116.1%.
Copper production amounted to 100.0%, including 107.4% from own raw materials, metallic zinc 71.2%, including 117.1% from own raw materials, sulfuric acid 100.0%, refined gold and silver 100.5% and 100.0%, respectively.
During the reporting period, the forecast for export of manufactured products was fulfilled for 111.1%.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-92, it is planned to utilize the investments in the amount of USD 2,207.6 million in 2024 to increase the production capacity of Almalyk MMC and process raw materials.
According to the results of 2024, the investments in the amount of USD 1,943.9 million (103.1%) were utilized, including that at the expense of:
own funds of the enterprise – USD 147.8 million;
funds of the Reconstruction and Development Fund – USD 44.9 million;
direct foreign loans – USD 1,751.2 million.
In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 24 January 2022 No. PP-99 "On the measures to create an effective system for development of production and expansion of industrial cooperation in the republic", as well as on the basis of the order of the Chairman of Board of Almalyk MMC No. 94 dated 31 January 2022, AMMC plans to implement 268 projects in 2024 for a total amount of 1,502.3 billion UZS.
In 2024, the output of localized products under 268 projects amounted to 1,567.0 billion UZS, or 103.0% of the forecast.
The Complex of organizational and technical measures to reduce production costs for 2024 has been developed, providing for a reduction in production costs by 1,329.5 billion UZS, or 10.03%.
The expected result from the implementation of the complex of measures to reduce production costs for 2024 is 1,670.5 billion UZS or 12.1%.
The enterprise is implementing the activities to improve management, strengthen the financial and economic situation and monitor the reduction of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
The expected accounts receivable as of 1 January 2025 will be 3,945.8 billion UZS, accounts payable – 5,170.3 billion UZS.
There are no debts to the budget and for wages.
In accordance with the program for technical training of workers, 7,376 people underwent advanced training for workers, including 1,293 people off-the-job training, retraining and mastering a second profession – 2,234 people, advanced training and retraining of managers and specialists – 2,489 people, including 745 people off-the-job training.
JSC "Almalyk MMC" cooperates with 10 universities in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Almalyk branch of NUST "MISiS" of the Russian Federation in training specialists with higher education.
Currently, the total number of students is 80, of which 7 students are full-time and 73 students are in the correspondence training and evening training departments of universities.
In total, 1,158 people were employed during the reporting period, including 546 college graduates, 354 graduates of higher educational institutions and 258 people without education.
In order to ensure timely execution of orders from higher authorities and improve the system of control over executive discipline, a service for control over the execution of orders from higher organizations has been created within the Executive Office of Almalyk MMC and a procedure for systematic and critical analysis of the state of executive discipline has been established.
Throughout the entire period, work is underway to implement a reporting system and organize control over the execution of documents within the established timeframes, study the progress of implementing the Laws, acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Government decisions at the local level. According to the plant's work plan, protocols are drawn up with analytical reports.
Systematic work is carried out to critically analyze the implementation of its own decisions, identify deficiencies and develop specific measures to eliminate them.
In 2024, a total of 735 acts were registered, including:
acts and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan – 149 (decrees – 7, resolutions – 13, protocols – 11, orders - 118);
acts and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan – 585 (resolutions – 31, orders – 19, protocols – 91, instructions of the Prime Minister, his deputies and advisers – 284, instructions of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers – 160).
