In accordance with No.PP-99 Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 24, 2022 “Regarding measures to create an effective system for the development of production and expansion of industrial cooperation in the republic”, Almalyk MMC JSC provides for the implementation of 97 projects in 2022 for a total 208,7 billion UZS
For the first half 2022, the output of localized products for 100 projects amounted to 139.1 billion UZS, or 125.5% of the forecast.
A set of organizational and technical measures has been developed to reduce production costs for 2022, which provides for a reduction in production costs by 328.0 billion UZS or 3.0%.
The expected result from the implementation of a set of measures to reduce production costs for the reporting period 2022 will be 290.1 billion UZS or 5.4%, including production costs - 175.6 billion UZS or 3.3%.
The plant is taking measures to improve management, strengthen financial and economic situation and monitor the reduction of receivables and payables.
Expected receivables as of 01.07.2022 will amount to 4,519.4 billion UZS, including overdue debt 95.7 billion UZS, accounts payable - 6,549.7 billion UZS.
There are no debts to the budget and wages.
In accordance with the program for technical training of employees, 3,274 people were trained to improve the skills of workers, including 853 passed the off-site training, 1,118 people were retrained and mastered a second profession, and 1.012 people were trained and retrained as managers and specialists, including off-site training - 402 people.
JSC "Almalyk MMC" cooperates with 10 universities in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Almalyk branch of NRTU "Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys", Russian Federation to train specialists with higher education.
At present, the total number of students is 290, including 48 students study full-time and 242 students study part-time and evening departments of universities.
In total 570 people were employed during the reporting period, including 303 college graduates, 180 university graduates and 87 people without higher education.
For the purpose of timely execution of instructions from higher authorities, improvement of the performance discipline, control system, a service for monitoring the execution of instructions from higher organizations was established as part of the Executive Office of Almalyk MMC JSC and a procedure for systematic and critical analysis of the state of performance discipline was established.
During the entire period, work is being carried out to introduce a reporting system and organize control over the execution of documents on time, to study the progress in the implementation of Laws, decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Government decisions at local level. According to the Action plan of the plant, summary records are being developed with the execution of analytical reports.
Systematic work is being carried out to critically analyze the implementation of our own decisions, identify shortcomings and develop specific measures to eliminate them.

To ensure an open dialogue with citizens, thorough consideration and resolution of appeals, a Service for Control and Coordination of Work with Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities was established at the plant. Daily appointments are organized.
In January-June 2022, 1,639 applications were received from individuals and legal entities; 897 appeals have been considered, 687 are in the process of consideration, 32 appeals have been received again.
The nature of the appeals received is provision of financial assistance, employment and reinstatement, treatment, wages, transport problems, and others.
