Logistics Department

The main tasks of LD are:

  • Full and timely provision of production with raw materials, equipment, spare parts and other materials necessary for the uninterrupted operation of the Plant.
  • Control over the correct and efficient use of materials and equipment, timely commissioning of equipment and materials, availability of stocks of uninstalled equipment, its storage and preservation.
  • Development and implementation of measures to improve the systems for providing the subdivisions of the Combine with material and technical resources.

In accordance with the main tasks, LD performs the following functions:

  • Provision of the main activity of the Plant with material and technical resources (hereinafter referred to as MTR) and equipment necessary for major and current repairs, safety measures and organizational and technical measures in accordance with the submitted (executed and signed by the chief specialists of the Plant) applications for equipment and materials with calculations and justifications.
  • Based on the approved title list and the technical documentation issued by the Capital Construction Department, it provides equipment and other materials for the needs of capital construction and reconstruction of the Combine's enterprises.
  • Registration of the contract and contracts and control over the supply of equipment and materials and equipment.
  • Ensuring acceptance, storage and issuance of equipment and materials and equipment of the Plant subdivision.
  • Keeping records of the availability of equipment and materials and equipment in the warehouses of the LD, the consumption of materials and equipment and equipment by workshops and divisions of the Plant.
  • Drawing up, coordination and approval of documents for the purchase of equipment and materials and equipment, as well as updating them in case of changes.
  • Development of regulatory and technical documentation, regulations, instructional materials, preparation of orders, instructions relating to the activities of the Department.
  • Carrying out the coordination of documents on the activities of the Plant with the interested Ministries, departments and State bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Interaction with government bodies on issues related to the procurement activities of the Plant.
  • Control over the terms of receivables and payables and provision of information to the management of the Plant.
  • Participation in the preparation of the Business Plan of the Plant for the purchase.
  • Compliance with standards, rules, regulations, instructions for labor protection and safety, sanitary rules and regulations, as well as measures for environmental protection, industrial sanitation and fire safety.
  • Carrying out work to strengthen labor and production discipline.
  • Conducting an introductory briefing on labor protection, testing knowledge on labor protection and safety measures for LD employees.
