Duties:
manages the commercial activities of the Plant in accordance with the power of attorney, functional responsibilities and these Regulations;
coordinates and monitors the performance of functional responsibilities of the structural divisions supervised by him in accordance with the approved organizational structure of the Plant;
monitors the fulfillment of forecast indicators for the export of products;
analyzes imported products;
ensures and monitors the supply of raw materials and materials necessary for the smooth operation of the Plant;
ensures the implementation of bilateral agreements regarding the import of products signed within the framework of international treaties;
heads the purchasing committee for the evaluation and selection of the best offers for corporate purchases of goods (works, services), including the import of raw materials, materials and components;
ensures the development and approval of a network schedule for the implementation of the localization program;
carries out systematic monitoring of the progress of the localization program in accordance with the approved schedule;
conducts presentations of products manufactured by the Plant within the framework of the localization program at industrial fairs;
coordinates the development of proposals for the development of production of new types of localized products;
manages the activities of the Plant in the field of expanding the localization of finished products, the development of new types of products, and cooperative ties in industry;
ensures the timely execution of urgent and special orders of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, the general meeting of shareholders, the Supervisory Board, the Chairman of the Management Board;
ensures executive discipline of the departments supervised by him;
carries out other actions related to the trade, procurement and localization activities of the Plant.
The Deputy Chairman of Board for Trade, Procurement and Localization is responsible for the performance of the tasks assigned to him above, as well as the activities of the Plant related to trade, procurement and localization.
