Based on the Order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On further acceleration of work aimed at increasing employment and income of the population by organizing the effective use of household plots in mahallas", the "Shock Month" campaign was launched on 11 March 2025.

Within the framework of this order, Almalyk MMC is working in the Altyarik district of the Fergana region assigned to it to assist the population in sowing agricultural crops on household plots, solving urgent problems and increasing sources of income for low-income families.

In particular, in the mahallas of "Kurgoncha", "Zilol", "Istiklol" and "Kiziltepa", the drilling of artesian wells has been organized to ensure irrigation of household plots. To date, 4 wells have already been put into operation.

As part of sponsorship assistance, it is planned to build greenhouses for low-income families.

In honor of the holy month of Ramadan, food packages were handed over to 100 low-income families on behalf of the AMMC workforce.

The long-standing problem with drinking water for 420 households in the Zilol mahalla will also be solved. As part of the project, a 200-meter well will be drilled and a 3.5 km water supply network will be laid.

In addition, Preschool Educational Institution No. 15 for 120 children, which is in emergency condition, will be completely repaired through sponsorship from AMMC.
