On February 24 of this year, during a dialogue between President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and young people, the introduction of “Youth Day” was announced. It will now be held every Thursday in ministries, departments, and khokimiyats.

On this day, as was emphasized, leaders of relevant fields should visit mahallas, schools, and technical schools to directly engage with young people, listen to their suggestions, and help solve pressing problems.

As part of implementing these objectives, a “Meeting of the Manager with the Youth” was recently held at the Chadak Mining Administration, with the participation of the enterprise’s director, Abdikhallok Mirakhmedov.

The event was held in the format of an open dialogue. Young workers had the opportunity to directly address their concerns to the manager. Specifically, proposals were made to create more comfortable working conditions, equip sports grounds, and increase participation in the “Yashil Makon” project.

The main goal of such meetings is to increase youth social engagement and develop systemic solutions to the pressing issues they face.
