+998 71 619 23 33On 18 June, the meeting between management and young employees of the enterprise was held at the Chadak Mine Administration of AMMC as part of Youth Month and the "Thursday – Youth Day" project.
The event was organized to provide comprehensive support to young people and foster an open dialogue with young professionals. Azamat Mavlonov, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Almalyk MMC” on Youth Issues, and Erkin Davronov, Director of the Chadak Mine Administration, participated in the meeting.
Speaking to the meeting participants, Azamat Mavlonov noted that today's country has created unprecedented opportunities for the self-fulfillment of the younger generation. He emphasized that the Complex young people should not only perform production tasks but also become a key driving force in production modernization, digital transformation, and the implementation of green technologies.
He emphasized that in recent years, innovative startups, rationalization proposals, and youth initiatives have received systematic financial support from both AMMC management and the state. A. Mavlonov also encouraged young miners to go beyond their professional activities, actively study foreign languages, master modern IT skills, and fully realize their intellectual potential by participating in prestigious competitions and industry projects.
Then, Erkin Davronov, Director of the Chadak Mine Administration, addressed the participants. He praised the potential of the enterprise young specialists and assured them that management is committed to continuing to provide them with comprehensive support. He stated that young employees are the future of the company, and their initiative, drive for development, and fresh ideas play a vital role in improving production processes. The director also noted that the company has created all the necessary conditions for enhancing the professional skills of young employees, sharing experience with mentors, and promoting career advancement. Furthermore, every promising initiative of young specialists will be supported and encouraged.
At the conclusion of the event, a group of young employees who had distinguished themselves in production and community life were presented with commemorative gifts.
The meeting was held in an open and friendly atmosphere, providing additional incentive for the young employees to pursue professional development and new achievements.
