Today, the large-scale reforms carried out in our country under the leadership of the President are based on the principle “In the name of human dignity”. The open and constructive dialogue with citizens, prompt consideration of their appeals and resolution of pressing issues are one of the key criteria for the effectiveness of government bodies and organizations.

JSC “Almalyk MMC” also pays special attention to this work. The enterprise operates a system of regular on-site meetings, within the framework of which the Complex management directly meets with employees and considers issues that concern them.

The next such reception took place on 10 July at the Industrial Railway Transport Department. It was conducted by the First Deputy Chairman of Board of JSC “Almalyk MMC” for finance, transformation and privatization Bekhzod Mamatov.

During the meeting, the employees of the enterprise asked questions regarding social and living conditions, labor relations, production activities and other relevant topics. Each request was reviewed in detail with the participation of responsible specialists. Based on the results of the discussion, appropriate instructions were given to promptly resolve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

Conducting such on-site receptions helps strengthen an open dialogue between management and the workforce, allows for a timely response to requests from employees and creates conditions for the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate in the team.
