On June 11 of this year, a mobile reception was held at the Technological Transport Department of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, which was conducted by the specialized prosecutor of the city of Almalyk Rasul Matkhalikov.

The reception was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Almalyk MMC for Personnel and Social Issues S. Shermatov, the Chairman of the Council of the Trade Union of AMMC Workers A. Khaidarov, as well as leading specialists of the central office of the enterprise.

The appeals concerned various issues: the work of the sanitary and medical service, assistance in repaying loans, financial support for the purchase of housing, as well as improving the situation with urban public transport.

Some employees complained that loan funds voluntarily issued to friends are not returned. Issues were also raised about transferring to another position within the plant, providing places in a family hostel and providing practical assistance on work issues.

Detailed explanations and recommendations were given for all appeals. Specialized prosecutor R. Matkhalikov, deputy chairman of the board S. Shermatov and specialists of the plant instructed responsible persons to take measures on each issue.

The prosecutor paid special attention to complaints about non-return of funds transferred to acquaintances, taking these cases under personal control.

The management of the specialized prosecutor's office of Almalyk and AMMC came to the decision to conduct such on-site receptions on a regular basis.
