At the initiative of the head of state in our country, every Thursday is declared Youth Day in all ministries, departments and local authorities. This decision marked a new important stage in state policy to support the younger generation.

Under this order, and also on the eve of Youth Day, a meeting in the “Manager and Youth” format was held at the Kalmakyr mine.

Mine Director Mukhammadamin Isakov held an open and confidential conversation with the company’s young employees. During the meeting, special attention was paid to the training of a promising talent pool and the development of professional competencies among young people in the fields of education, science, sports, and information technology. In addition, the participants discussed in detail the implementation of modern innovative technologies in production processes, as well as a number of other relevant areas of enterprise development.

During the meeting, young miners were able to ask questions, raised proposals and initiatives, and receive detailed responses from management. At the conclusion of the event, dedicated to Youth Day, a group of young professionals who demonstrated high professionalism, initiative, and a proactive approach to life, and who achieved significant results in their work, were recognized with well-deserved awards.
