As part of the “Shock Month” initiative, the management of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex is actively implementing a number of events in the Urtachirchik district of the Tashkent region.

Thus, on March 14, with the participation of the district khokim, heads of enterprises and organizations, as well as representatives of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, a mobile reception of citizens was held.

During the reception, about 60 requests from residents were considered, concerning utilities, banking issues, employment, social protection, cadastral register, taxation and other areas. 50 issues were resolved on the spot, and the remaining ones were transferred to responsible specialists for further study.

In addition, on March 14, representatives of the district khokimiyat and AMMC studied water supply issues in the mahallas Kaytmas and Burgalik. Work was planned to install pumps and networks to provide residents with drinking water.

In the mahalla Burgalik, it is planned to connect 250 houses to the water supply, and in the mahalla Kaytmas - the entire residential area. Work is also underway to pave 400 meters of Sakhovat Street in the Fayziobod municipal development community and 1,200 meters of internal roads in this mahalla.

Additionally, measures are being taken in the Beshboy, Aranshi, Kokmuyin and Dustlik mahallas to improve electricity supply for 600 households.

Currently, as part of the month, landscaping work is being carried out in the Mashal, Mustaqillik, Uyghur, Kokmuyin, Fayzobod and Okota mahallas. About 85 thousand ornamental and fruit trees have been planted here as part of the Green Belt project.

Today, the Chairman of the Board of JSC Almalyk MMC, Senator Abdulla Khursanov visited the Urtachirchik district to get acquainted with the progress of work within the framework of the month. He gave relevant instructions and recommendations to the responsible specialists.

Khokim of the district Ikhtiyor Kasymov acquainted the senator with the plans concerning the socio-economic development of the district.

Let us recall that according to the order of the head of our state aimed at the effective use of household plots, the creation of jobs and the increase in the income of the population, the Urtachirchik and Chinaz districts of the Tashkent region, the city of Nurafshan, as well as the Altyaryk district of the Fergana region are assigned to the management of the AMMC.
