Today, the issue of rational use of natural resources at industrial enterprises is becoming increasingly relevant. The reason is that high energy consumption in the production process increases the cost of products and affects their competitiveness. Therefore, a competition for the best proposals is being held among AMMC employees to identify and implement advanced ideas for increasing energy efficiency. The next presentation of projects aimed at forming the intellectual potential of workers and creating a healthy competitive environment among them was held at the Copper Processing Plant.

At the event, more than 20 proposals presented in the areas of production technology, mechanics, transport and logistics, energy, and digitalization were considered by the working group on the study of operational efficiency headed by the Chief Engineer of AMMC Sergey Laryonov.

The Task Group on the Study of Operational Efficiency at the CPP headed by the Director of the CPP Ravshan Siddikov was also involved in considering the ideas.

The 13 selected ideas were approved for implementation in the factory's production process.

During the presentation, the authors of the innovative ideas justified with precise calculations how much their proposals would benefit the enterprise.

– I participated in the competition with a proposal to introduce an electronic logbook instead of the paper logbook of production control of the 1st stage. The effectiveness of this idea is that the system simplifies the workflow and increases productivity. The user can quickly enter notes, set deadlines, and find the necessary information through search and filters. Reports are automatically generated in real time, and notes and notifications help to monitor the implementation of tasks. The system has been successfully operating in the CPP for 8 months. We plan to implement this proposal at the level of AMMC, – says Cat. 1 Programmer Kamoliddin Umarov.

It should be noted that the process of participating in this competition encourages employees to think in new ways, to direct their knowledge and experience to improving production. The proposed economically efficient ideas will reduce the plant's energy costs and help save the most valuable natural resources.
