As part of the month of fighting corruption, the AMMC Specialized Repair Works Department held an event on the topic “Corruption – an obstacle to development.”

The event dedicated to December 9 – International Anti-Corruption Day was attended by Acting Head of the Compliance Service of JSC Almalyk MMC Shukhrat Juraev , Deputy Head of SSP-2 for the regime and safety of inventory items Iskandar Shamsiev , Head of the SRWD Khusniddin Sulaimonov and engineering and technical workers.

During the event, current issues and plans for the formation of an anti-corruption environment were discussed. It was noted that the goals and objectives of Almalyk MMC JSC for combating and preventing corruption for 2024-2025 have been developed, an assessment of the level of propensity for corruption of 279 functions and tasks across the plant has been carried out, and work is underway to digitalize the processes of maintaining declarations, notifications and registers in order to develop a procedure for preventing and eliminating conflicts of interest.
