AMMC employees completed advanced training on international contracts

Yesterday, the professional training course on international standards, held at the Institute for Retraining and Qualification Enhancement of Legal Personnel under Ministry of Justice, successfully concluded.

Leading engineers of the Investment and Capital Construction Department – Shahnoza Abdullayeva and Shohboz Masharipov from the sector responsible for coordinating and conducting tenders, drafting and reviewing contracts, and registration procedures – took part in the program.

The training sessions were conducted with the participation of experts from globally recognized law firms such as White & Case, Foley Hoag, Squire Patton Boggs, Curtis, Mayer Brown, CMS, and Baker Botts.

Throughout the course, participants gained deep knowledge of analytical thinking based on global standards, international best practices, and mechanisms widely applied in international contractual relations.

At the closing ceremony, Deputy Minister of Justice Sh.Rabiyev and Carolyn Lamm, a distinguished expert from the international law firm White & Case LLP (USA), presented certificates to the participants.

The knowledge and skills acquired during the training will serve as a strong foundation in the professional activities of the AMMC specialists.
