(+998 71) 619-23-33On 4 April of this year, in cooperation with the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment and Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, the forum was held on the topic: “National Values and Reforms: Traditions and Renewals.”
The event was held under the motto "Traditions and renovations are the key to a sustainable future!" The forum was attended by the head of the department of the Republican Center for Spirituality Begmat Ochilov, Honored Worker of Culture of Uzbekistan, People's Poet of Karakalpakstan, beloved poet of the Uzbek people, the member of the Society of Propaganda of Education Rustam Musurmon, as well as member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan Zohidjon Olov.
First, the forum participants got acquainted with the progress of construction of the Copper Concentrator Plant-3, which is being built as part of a large-scale investment project.
For reference: Currently, the construction of a new concentrator complex with a design capacity of up to 60 million tons of copper ore per year is actively ongoing. In parallel, the installation of process equipment is underway. The total construction area is 196 hectares, of which 136 hectares are occupied by the production zone. The plant will be fully automated and equipped with advanced technologies. This ambitious project gave a powerful impetus to the development of related industries – for example, 6 new plants were launched to provide construction with metal structures. It is especially worth noting that the first concentrate was received from the factory on March 29. Currently, an active stage-by-stage launch of production lines, process areas and an automated control system is underway.
As part of the forum, an exhibition prepared by the factory employees was organized for the guests, where elements of national culture were demonstrated. Stage performances reflecting the traditions and customs of the Uzbek people were also presented. Inspired by the large-scale transformations at the enterprise, the guests of the forum shared their creative works with the team. A bright part of the event was a concert prepared by amateur art groups of the “Metallurg” Palace of Culture.
As part of the forum, the winners of the competition "Kombinat gavharlari" ("Pearls of the Complex"), held among talented women working in the structural divisions of AMMC, were awarded.
The next item on the program was a visit to a sacred place - the pilgrimage site "Kirkkiz ota", located in the Pskent district. As part of the national project "Yashil makon" ("Green land"), the guests and participants planted tree seedlings, thereby expressing their good intentions and respect for the environment.
The participants also got acquainted with the spiritual and educational activities in the specialized repair works department. They visited the "Alley of Spirituality", created by the employees of the enterprise in a unique style. Here the team rests during breaks, plays chess and checkers, reads books and magazines, and listens to audiobooks as part of the "Mutolaa" project.
At the end of the forum, the guests highly appreciated the spiritual and educational work carried out by the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, noting its importance and effectiveness.
