+998 71 619 23 33In the recent years, the consistent reforms and renovations implemented by the management of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex are aimed at creating decent working conditions for its employees.
Canteens, medical centers, showers and locker rooms are being renovated in stages across all divisions of the Complex.
Another clear example of this attention and care was the recent renovation of the control rooms at Motor Depot No. 1 of the Motor Transport Department. At the initiative of the maintenance and repair section staff and using the department's internal resources, the renovation was completed, after which the renovated premises were put into operation.
The opening ceremony was attended by the management of the Department of Transport and Logistics, the representatives of the trade union committee, the Youth Union, and veterans of labor.
The speakers at the event noted that the renovations have transformed the control rooms into a modern and comfortable workspace. The Center is equipped with a modern lighting system, air conditioning, comfortable furniture, new computers, and the necessary technical equipment. In addition, special high-quality headsets were purchased for dispatchers.
The created conditions facilitate more efficient and responsible work by the Motor Depot employees. The dispatcher profession requires high concentration and precision. Dispatchers coordinate the operation of drivers, receive requests from the Complex departments, and act as liaisons between them.
The dispatchers' daily responsibilities include preparing waybills, maintaining route records, developing vehicle schedules, understanding freight and passenger transportation regulations, monitoring logistics processes, and strictly enforcing traffic regulations. They are also responsible for the efficient and effective use of vehicles.
The comfortable working environment created in the renovated dispatch rooms will be an important factor in the coordinated and systematic work of the Motor Depot team and will enable them to complete their assigned tasks even more effectively.
