Chodak Mining Department is one of the leading enterprises of the gold mining industry in our country. It is no exaggeration to say that the "Pirmirob" and "Guzaksoy" mines, explored in the 50s of the last century, are the main lifeblood of the mining department.

It is noteworthy that in recent years, great steps have been taken to increase the capacity of this mine. This can be seen from the extensive work done this year alone. In particular, in order to ensure labor productivity, solar batteries were installed and commissioned to provide production areas with backup electricity.

It should be mentioned that these panels with a total capacity of 375 kW/h are currently raising the production efficiency of the mine to a higher level. Also, the construction of a water supply pumping station is bearing fruit today. This station is responsible for providing process water to the Gold Refinery.

In addition, for the first time in the history of Chodak, an underground inclined transport ramp is expected to be launched at the "Pirmirob" mine. This will serve to extend the period of mining activity of the "Pirmirob" mine.

The team of miners, who have been performing all their tasks rationally by making good use of such opportunities, have increased ore extraction by 103.6%, mining by 115.4%, mining exploration plan by 118.5%, and ore mining by 118.5%. and 105.3% managed to complete the processing task. 103.5% of gold-bearing ore mining has been completed, and 150.1% of silver-bearing ore mining obligations are a matter of pride for mine devotees.

During the processing of ores delivered by miners on time, the benefactors, who have been showing their zeal in extracting precious metals, fulfilled the first metal assignment by 104.4%, and the second metal plan by 154.4%.

Behind the high production indicators, the proud names of miners and workers are definitely recognized. Among them are Sharifjon Kochkarov, the fireman of the "Pirmirob" mine, Tahir Hotamov, the blaster, Kamal Tuygunov, the loader driver, Avazjon Rozikov, the underground electrician, Sharifjon Kholmurodov, Ibrahim Atkiyev, the underground electrician Akmal, the miners of the "Guzaksoy" mine.

Thanks to the work of the masters of their work, such as Nishanov and the strengthening Farhod Kamolov, the mining department is taking bold steps towards new milestones of success. The owners of these professions, who are always leading their shifts and creating a working environment in the team, have been showing their enthusiasm not only in their mining duties, but also in the consistent supply of ores to the Gold Refinery. In addition, with the work of workers such as Sobirkhan Mavlonov, Bahriddin Nazmiyev, Akromjon Nishonov, Ravshan Mahmudov, the maintenance of existing mining equipment in a strict order and quality is becoming the main factor of labor productivity.

It should be emphasized that the miners of the department are not limited to only production assignments, but also actively participate in the "Green Space" project. In particular, within the framework of this project, they are taking over 10 hectares of vacant land, planting about a thousand tree saplings and carrying out maintenance work. Laying a 900-meter pipe with a diameter of 150 mm to irrigate tree saplings shows that the love of Chodak people for nature still continues as a traditional value.

It is worth noting that the leadership of the mining department has been implementing a number of programs and construction projects in order to improve the working conditions of workers and their social protection.
