+998 71 619 23 33Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex has always attached great importance to creating decent working conditions and proper recreation for its employees. Work on social support for employees is especially active. These initiatives are systemic, and today, with the support of the Complex, a modern health complex is being built in the picturesque mountains of Zaamin in Jizzakh region.
The new facility is located in the village of Uriklisay, mahalla "Duoba" in the Zomin district. The area of the resort is 5 hectares, and it is designed to accommodate 200 people. On the territory, cottages of the "luxury", "junior luxury" and "standard" classes, a canteen, a sauna and an indoor swimming pool are being built. It is also planned to build two fire-fighting reservoirs with a capacity of 500 cubic meters each, drinking and waste water supply systems, gazebos, playgrounds, a football field, a parking lot and a building for servicing vehicles. In addition, separate buildings will be built for cultural and entertainment events. According to Khurshid Davronov, Head of the Production and Technical Department of the Capital Construction Department, the main construction work has already been completed: the buildings and the football field are ready, and interior finishing is underway. Heating systems have been installed (including underfloor heating), internal and external water supply and sewerage networks have been installed, the first stage of power supply and ventilation systems have been completed.
To improve energy efficiency, the building facades are faced with basalt panels. The project also provides for the installation of a solar power station. In parallel with this, work is underway to improve the territory – trees and flowers are being planted.
Contracting organizations, Olmalikmetallurgqurilish trust and the specialized repair work department are participating in the construction. The capital construction department monitors the progress of the work and the quality of construction.
Guests of the new complex will be provided with full three meals a day. Vacationers will be able to enjoy the healing mountain air, saturated with the aromas of pine needles, and mineral springs. All this will help improve health and will have a particularly beneficial effect on the respiratory system. It is expected that this autumn the complex will open its doors and will become one of the most favorite places of rest for AMMC employees.
