On the eve of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex  – on October 31, 2024, the opening ceremony of pre-school educational organization No.12 of the social facilities department after major repairs took place.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex " Abdulla Khursanov, labor veterans and representatives of the general public.

Abdulla Khalmuradovich noted that the Almalyk mining and metallurgical сomplex  is not only an implementer of investment projects, but also actively supports the social sphere. He also emphasized that the opening of the kindergarten on the eve of the anniversary of the plant is a practical embodiment of the reforms carried out by the head of our state. The officials who spoke at the event congratulated the audience and expressed their gratitude to the AMMC management for a modern and comfortable preschool educational institution, where all the necessary conditions have been created for the children of the plant's employees.

Then, the teachers and a group of workers who actively participated in the repair work were awarded valuable gifts.

The major repairs of this facility began in June of this year under the sponsorship of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex . The preschool educational organization "Daryocha" was put into operation back in 1964 and is designed for 96 places. Until today, only routine repairs have been carried out in the organization.

The contractor, the “Olmalik metallurg kurilish” Trust, completed the finishing work of the building, repaired the canteen, laundry, food storage rooms, children rooms, staff rooms, summer verandas, summer pool, amphitheater, etc. The heating system, cold and hot water supply, sewer pipes have been completely renewed, plumbing equipment and lighting have been replaced in the premises, fire alarm, video surveillance and communication systems have been installed.

In addition, new swings, slides, fairy houses, etc. have been installed on the playgrounds.

The opening of pre-school "Daryocha" has become a kind of gift for the children of the plant's workers.
