As part of the campaign, employees of the emergency response department regularly conduct preventive measures at the facilities of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex. The latest meetings were held at the construction site of the technological transport repair and maintenance facility in the Yoshlik I quarry, at the pilot processing plant of the Innovation Technology Center, and at the zinc plant.
At the meetings, the head of the department, A. Akhrorov, and inspectors A. Koptsova, D. Kurbanova, Yu. Saydalieva, Sh. Akhrorkulova, A. Bulyasheva, and K. Abduvaitov called on employees to be proactive in safety matters. During the conversation, specialists explained in detail the procedure to follow in the event of an emergency, the rules for the effective use of primary fire extinguishing equipment, and other important aspects.
In addition, the participants were shown how fire and rescue equipment operates. The event was followed by a practical exercise in extinguishing of a simulated fire.
The main goal of such meetings is to strengthen employees’ knowledge and skills in the field of safety and to develop a high culture of occupational safety and emergency prevention within the team.
